F502 silicone Masterbatch for EVA outsole

F502 is a pelletized formulation containing a 50% ultra-high molecular weight siloxane polymer dispersed in EVA resin. This upgraded version of our former Anti-abrasion masterbatch F502 boasts a higher quality siloxane and increased siloxane content. It is specially developed for EVA or EVA-compatible resin systems, enhancing the final item's abrasion resistance and reducing the abrasion value in thermoplastics. F502P enhances material properties such as fluidity and mold release. When used with compatible plastic systems, it exhibits noticeable lubricating and wear-resistant effects, effectively addressing issues like shoe material bubbles, black lines, and poor dispersion. DIN and abrasion tests demonstrate superior performance, setting new benchmarks in the market.

Appliantions:

  1. EVA Sole
  2. TPR Sole
  3. EVA compounds
  4. TPR compounds
  5. Other EVA、TPRcompatible systems

Use Methods:

  1. It can be fully pre-mixed with other resin polymer pellets and then added to the twin-screw extruder, where it is melt-mixed and pelleting;
  2. It can also be directly mixed with resin polymer pellets in the production process and then added to a single-screw injection molding machine/extruder, where it is melted and mixed and then injected/extruded.

Recommend Dosage:

  1. When added at 3.0-4.0%, it improves processing and flow properties in the resin system, aiding injection molding and reducing extrusion torque.
  2. At 4.0-5.0%, it enhances product surface quality, reduces friction, and increases wear resistance.
