Methoden verwenden:
1. Es kann mit unbehandelten Polymergranulaten gemischt werden, um den gewünschten Siloxangehalt im Endprodukt zu erreichen.
2. Es kann auch während des Compoundierens in einem Einschneckenextruder oder am Einlauftrichter während des Spritzgießens oder der Extrusion zugegeben werden.
Empfohlene Dosierung:
1. Bei einer Zugabe von 0,5-1,0% verbessert es die Verarbeitungs- und Fließeigenschaften im Harzsystem, unterstützt das Spritzgießen und reduziert das Extrusionsdrehmoment.
2. Bei 1,0-2,0% verbessert es die Qualität der Produktoberfläche, verringert die Reibung und erhöht die Verschleißfestigkeit.
