Es kann mit den Harzpartikeln vor dem Mischen zugegeben werden, dann in den Doppelschneckenextruder zum Schmelzen, Mischen und Granulieren oder direkt nach dem Dosieren zugegeben werden.
Vorteil:
When added to thermoplastic resin systems at a rate of 3.0 to 4.0%, the processing and flow properties of the resin are improved. This includes good mold filling, reduced extrusion torque, better internal lubrication and mold release properties, and faster discharge speed;
When added at a ratio of 4.0 to 5.0%, it improves the surface properties of the products, lubrication and sliding properties become better, the coefficient of friction is reduced, and the anti-wear properties are increased;
Lagerung und Verfallsdatum:
Ungeöffnet und bei Raumtemperatur kühl und trocken lagern. Das Produkt ist 12 Monate gültig.
Nicht entflammbare Materialien und können wie herkömmliche Chemikalien transportiert werden.
