Métodos de uso:
1. Puede mezclarse con gránulos de polímero virgen para obtener el nivel de siloxano deseado en el producto final.
2. También puede añadirse durante la composición en una extrusora monohusillo o en la tolva de alimentación durante el moldeo por inyección o la extrusión.
Dosis recomendada:
1. Cuando se añade a 0,5-1,0%, mejora las propiedades de procesamiento y flujo en el sistema de resina, ayudando al moldeo por inyección y reduciendo el par de extrusión.
2. A 1,0-2,0%, mejora la calidad de la superficie del producto, reduce la fricción y aumenta la resistencia al desgaste.
