1. SEBS compounding modified material for masterbatch de silicona 300
DX300 is a polymer silicone launched by our company with PE and soft rubber composite carrier, the material is mainly used in SEBS compounding soft rubber system. It has better dispersion and compatibility in plastics, and at the same time, it has less influence on the mechanical properties of the material.
DX300 makes the material have better demoulding performance and smooth performance, and also improves the problem of extrusion die mouth accumulating material and hand feeling. In the TPV compounding to improve the adhesive density.
2. SEBS compounding
SEBS compounding, known as Styrene Ethylene Butylene Styrene, is a thermoplastic elastomer with a unique linear triblock copolymer structure, with polystyrene as the terminal segment and ethylene-butylene copolymer obtained by hydrogenation of polybutadiene as the intermediate elastic block. This structure gives SEBS a variety of excellent properties, including good stability, ageing resistance, heat resistance, mechanical properties, modulus of elasticity, tensile strength, oil resistance and low temperature properties.
SEBS has a wide range of applications in compounding or blending. It can be blended with a variety of polymers, such as polypropylene, naphthenic oils, hydrogenated naphthenic oils, white oils, etc., to produce TPE elastomers with excellent surface texture and weathering and aging resistance. These elastomers are widely used in soft contact materials such as handles, stationery, toys, sports equipment, seals, wires and cables.
In addition, SEBS can be used to toughen nylon (PA6), polycarbonate (PC), polyphenylene ether (PPO), polyester (PET, PBT), polypropylene (PP) and other plastics through chemical modification or blending, and as a compatibiliser for plastic blending. For example, it can be used as a compatibiliser for PE and PS. Meanwhile, SEBS can also be blended with polypropylene, white oil, flame retardant, etc., and used for the production of sheaths or outer skins of wires and cables. By cooperating with petroleum resins such as carbon five, SEBS can also be used to produce high-grade adhesives and sealants.
During the compounding process, the ratio and mixing method of SEBS with other components can be adjusted according to specific performance requirements and application scenarios to achieve the best compounding effect.
