So in the production formula of the choice of plastic lubricant is very important, because the cable which adds a large number of flame retardants, and make the extrusion process is very difficult, low molecular plastic lubricants encounter high temperature molecules easily adsorbed in the die mouth surface, while the screw on the cable shear force, that extrusion outside the die mouth appear small granular material, more will be attached to the line to form small particles, attached to the outer die mouth precipitates This is the die mouth accumulation.
To solve the problem of die mouth accumulation, it is suggested that cable manufacturers can try to use carrier-free polymer plastic lubricant to replace low molecular plastic lubricant. Because the carrier-free polymer material plastic lubricant has high temperature resistance, no precipitation, polymer material lubricant is wrapped metal surface layer, and also can protect the screw from receiving damage, which is a good solution to the phenomenon of mold mouth accumulation and improve the production efficiency.
