1. TPU modified masterbatch material for masterbatch di silicone 207
TPU modified masterbatch uses Non-carrier silicone masterbatch, which is introduced of polymer silicone as the main silicone and silicone powder, dedicated to engineering plastics PA, PC, PTE, TPE, TPU and other materials by us, anti-floating fiber scratch-resistant role, improve productivity and stability, easy to mold release, reduce torque, internal and external lubrication, improve the surface and feel and so on.
DX207B is a high molecular weight silicone masterbatch it is mainly used in shoe sole, and rubber material. It has better dispersibility and compatibility in plastics, while having less impact on material mechanical properties. DX207B has better demolding performance and smoothness. It improve the performance of wear-resistant, anti-scratch, and lubrication.
2. TPU modified masterbatch
TPU modified masterbatch, i.e. thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU) modified masterbatch, is a special material.TPU itself is a thermoplastic elastomer, which consists of a polyether or polyester-type elastomer and polyurethane hard segments crosslinked with each other, and it has excellent resistance to abrasion, oil, flexing and tearing, as well as high elasticity and high strength. Modified masterbatch, on the other hand, is a granular mixture obtained by adding the required pigments, additives or functional auxiliaries to the base resin after sufficient mixing and dispersion.
TPU modified masterbatch combines the advantages of TPU and the characteristics of modification technology, and can be adjusted in terms of colour, performance or other characteristics to meet the needs of different applications. For example, by adding specific additives, the weather resistance, UV resistance or flame retardant properties of TPU can be improved. This kind of modification technology makes TPU’s application range more extensive, and can play its advantages in more fields.
During the manufacturing process, the preparation of TPU modification masterbatch usually involves precise formulation design and advanced mixing technology to ensure the uniform dispersion and stable performance of pigments, additives and functional additives in the TPU matrix.
