使用方法:
まずプレミキサーで樹脂粒子と混合し、二軸押出機で溶融・造粒することも、直接計量して添加することもできる。

推奨用量
熱可塑性樹脂系に0.5~2.0%の割合で添加すると、樹脂の加工性と流動性が向上する。これには、良好な射出成形性、押出トルクの低減、内部潤滑性の向上、脱型性能の向上、吐出速度の高速化などが含まれる。

3.0~4.0%の割合で添加すると、製品の表面性能が向上し、潤滑性と摺動性が高まり、摩擦係数が低下し、耐摩耗性が向上する。
