Silicone masterbatch is a processing aid for thermoplastic materials, which is made by uniformly dispersing organic polysiloxane (i.e. silicone) in a thermoplastic carrier through a specific process.

Composition:

It is mainly composed of a carrier (such as thermoplastic materials such as PP, PE, ABS, etc.) and an active ingredient (organic polysiloxane), and may also contain other additives to improve performance.

2.Main functions and features

Improve flowability:

Silicone masterbatch can enhance the flowability of thermoplastic resin in a molten state, thereby reducing energy consumption in extrusion injection molding and improving production efficiency.

Promote dispersion:

Helps improve the dispersion of fillers, making the internal structure of plastic products more uniform.

Improve the surface smoothness of the final plastic product, reduce the surface friction coefficient, and improve wear and scratch resistance.

Low dosage and high efficiency:
