Xiangxi Wear-Resistant Agents have been meticulously crafted to cater specifically to the footwear industry. Our product line comprises four distinct grades, each tailored for the unique requirements of EVA/PVC, TPR/TR, RUBBER, and TPU shoe soles. These agents, when added in small quantities, deliver a significant enhancement in the abrasion resistance of the final footwear product, thereby reducing the overall abrasion value within thermoplastic materials. Our formulation expertise ensures that these agents seamlessly integrate into various sole materials, effectively bolstering their durability and longevity.

Our Quality Management System is diligently implemented across every phase of manufacturing.Using high-molecular-weight siloxane, we employ automated measuring equipment for accurate proportioning, followed by compounding, twin-screw extrusion, and pellet cutting to ensure uniform product standards, mitigating errors stemming from manual measurement. Our adept QC team oversees the entire process, conducts meticulous sampling tests.
