Compared to non-silicone-based additives, these materials offer higher thermal stability, lower VOCs, very good compatibility/low migration, and less deleterious effect on physical properties (hardness, tensile strength, HDT…)
Instructions: It can be mixed with granules in the pre-mixer first, and then added to the twin-screw extruder for melting and mixing to make granules. It can also be added directly after calculating the amount.
Product performance: It has both external and internal lubrication functions. External moistening can sufficiently improve the processing performance of materials, improve fluidity, reduce equipment wear, improve output and use products with small deformation. At the same time, it has a certain degree of decomposition.Forming a uniform lubricating layer on the plastic surface can significantly reduce the surface friction coefficient, improve wear resistance and scratch resistance; at the same time, the surface of the extruded product is smooth, which improves the tensile and impact strength of the product and reduces the occurrence of surface defects.
Storage and expiration date: The shelf life of the product is 12 months when stored in an unopened package at room temperature. Non-flammable, transported as conventional chemicals.
