DX053 is a high molecular weight wear-resistant launched by our company, and the molecular weight of this high molecular weight polysiloxane has reached the level of imported products. Breaking through the defect of low molecular weight of domestic polysiloxanes in the past, it has better dispersibility in various shoe materials and has less impact on the mechanical properties of the materials. DX053 enables the material to have better properties such as improved flowability and demolding. Used on compatible plastic systems, it has significant lubrication and wear resistance effects, effectively solving problems such as shoe material bubbles, black lines, and poor dispersion. DIN and wear tests are at a leading market level.
Products Performance
1. It will not migrate and is more stable than traditional processing aids and lubricants, which can improve the scratch resistance and surface finish of the product;
2. It has excellent thermal stability, and rubber and plastic products still have good scratch resistance after aging;
3. It can reduce the friction coefficient of the product surface and improve the smoothness of the product surface;
4. It has good internal and external lubrication, which can effectively improve the surface smoothness of the product;
5. Helps to disperse inorganic and organic fillers, thereby increasing the oxygen index of flame retardant products, reducing screw torque, improving flowability, and facilitating processing.
Applicable system:
(1) EVA, TPR, rubber and other shoe materials;
usage method:
1. It can be pre mixed with other materials and then added to the extruder for melting, mixing, and granulation;
2. It can also be directly mixed with plastic particles during the production process and added to the extruder, where they are melted and mixed before injection molding/extrusion molding.
Storage and shelf life: DX053 can be stored for 12 months in its unopened original packaging at 35 ℃.
