Usage method:
DX052P additive can be mixed with other fillers fully,then put in the extruder together to melt, mix and granulate.
Product Property:
1.Reduce the friction coefficient of the product surface and improve the smoothness of the product surface ;
2.With good internal and external lubricity, it can effectively increase demolding success rate;
3.Reduce the wear of processing equipment, and prolong the life of equipment;
4.Good heat and oxidation resistance, it can be used at high temperatures;
5.No affect on hardness and color.
Storage and usable life:
When stored at or below 35°C in the original unopened containers,this product has a usable life of at least 12 months from the date of production.
