DX205B is mainly used with TPE,PU, shoe materials, high temperature production process materials, engineering plastics and so on.It has better dispersion and compatibility in plastics with less impact on the mechanical properties of the material.DX205B makes the material have better mold release performance and smooth performance, and also improves the appearance of the product finish. It has very obvious functions such as matte, lubrication, abrasion resistance and scratch resistance.
Application：
Suitable for the production of PU TPE, TPR and some engineering plastic materials for internal and external lubrication.
Usage Method：
DX205B Masterbatch pellets can be added during compounding in a single screw extruder or added at the feed hopper during injection molding or extrusion.
Advantage:
When added to thermoplastic resin systems at a rate of 0.5-1.0%, the processing and flow properties of the resin are improved. This includes good mold filling, reducing extrusion torque, better internal lubrication，mold release properties, and faster discharge speed;
When added at a ratio of 1.0-3.0%, it improves the surface properties of the products and lubrication and sliding properties and the coefficient of friction is reduced and the anti-wear properties are increased;
Storage and Expiration Date:
Store in a cool and dry place, unopened at room temperature, and the product is valid for 12 months.
Non flammable materials and can be transported as conventional chemicals.
