Scratch Resistance Agent also called Anti-Scratch Agent, it is PP as the carrier, made of ultra-high molecular weight polysiloxane. It is widely used in automotive PP interior parts, household appliances PP modified plastics and other field, which is not tackiness, not odor, not exudation, and has low VOC and less influence of stress whitening. It has excellent long-lasting scratch resistance and excellent thermal stability. It can improve the final products’s surface gloss and smoothness. It can also be used as a plastic processing agent to improve the flow ability and demolding, decrease the torque, the equipment wear and decrease the die build up.
It is suitable for directly injection molding, extrusion and blown film after mixing with the plastic particles.
