Silicone masterbatches are white pellets, formed by 30% to 60% ultra-high molecular weight siloxane polymer dispersed in all kinds of thermoplastic resin, such as PE, PP, PA……, used in carrier resin compatible system in order to improve the flow of resin and processing (better mold filling & mold release, less extruder torque, faster throughput), and modify surface properties (better surface quality, lower COF, greater abrasion & scratch resistance). 

 

Product Details

Silicone masterbatch is a special silicone polymer dispersed in polyethylene solid particles, it is a kind of high quality silicone products. With excellent internal and external lubrication, when added to the system compatible with polyethylene, it can improve the machining performance, improve the surface characteristics and reduce the production cost. In the processing process, it has obvious anti-pre-crosslinking effect in the presence of trace water, but in the presence of a large amount of water does not affect the final crosslinking speed and crosslinking degree, so as to ensure the stability of the processing process without affecting the quality of the final product. At the same time, also can improve the resin surface performance, reduce the friction coefficient, improve wear resistance and scratch resistance.

Application Areas;

Application Methods:

1. It can be mixed with resin particles in the premix first.

2. Then added to the twin-screw extruder to melt mixing and granulation, or it can be added directly after measurement.

Product Advantages:
