1. Description:
DX067T is a high molecular weight wear-resistant launched by Xiamen Xiangxi New Material Co., Ltd. And the high molecular weight polysiloxane has reached the level of imported products. It has broken through the defect of low molecular weight of domestic polysiloxane in the past, Silicone Masterbatch has good dispersibility in various shoe materials and has a smaller impact on the mechanical properties of the material. DX067T enables the material to have excellent properties such as improved flowability and demolding. DX067T used on compatible plastic systems, it has obvious lubrication, wear resistance, and can effectively solve problems such as shoe material bubbles, black lines, and poor dispersion. DIN and abrasion, wear mark and other tests are at the leading level in the market. And the product has good heat and oxidation resistance.

3.Application:

4.Usage Method:
It can be mixed with resin particles in the premixer first, and then added to twin screw extruder for melting, mixing, and granulation. It can also be directly added after measurement for mold injection.

Good lubrication performance. DX067T is a polymer inert object with special properties such as low viscosity, high softening point, and no migration. It can reduce the friction coefficient of the product surface and improve the smoothness of the product surface.

6.Advantages:
When the thermoplastic resin system is added at a ratio of 3.0 to 4.0%, the processing and flow properties of the resin are improved. Including good injection molding, reduced extrusion torque, improved internal lubrication and demolding performance, and fast discharge speed.
When added in 4.0 to 5.0%, the surface properties of the product are improved, the lubricity and sliding properties are improved, the friction coefficient is reduced, and the wear resistance is increased.

7. Storage and Expiration Date:
