How to use?
The process involves premixing DX653A silicone Additive with resin particles initially, followed by incorporation into the twin-screw extruder. Alternatively, it can be added directly after precise measurement, ensuring flexibility in its application and compatibility with various production methods and equipment setups.
Recommend Dosage:
- When the thermoplastic resin system is added at a proportion of 1.0-2.0%, the processing performance and flow properties of the resin are improved. Including good injection mold filling, reduced extrusion torque, better internal lubrication and demoulding performance, and faster discharging speed;
- when added at a ratio of 3.0-4.0%, the surface properties of the product are improved, and the lubricity and sliding properties become better. The friction coefficient is reduced and the anti-wear performance is increased; this product complies with national environmental protection requirements, is non-toxic, and can be widely used in products with environmental protection requirements
