Description：
DX753A silicone Masterbatch is a pelletized formulation containing 55% of an ultra-high molecular weight (UHMW) siloxane polymer.The material is mainly used in wire, low oil ratio TPE and engineering plastics.When applied in plastics and rubber system, it has better dispersion and compatibility with less impact on the mechanical properties of the material. DX753A offers better mold release and slip performance, and also improves the appearance and finish of the product.It has very obvious lubrication, abrasion and scratch resistance improvement.
Application：
Suitable for low-smoke halogen-free cable materials, engineering plastic modifiers, and olefin masterbatches, films, chemical fiber functional masterbatches..
Usage Method：
DX753A Masterbatch pellets can be added during compounding in a single screw extruder or added at the feed hopper during injection molding or extrusion.
Advantage:
When added to thermoplastic resin systems at a rate of 0.5-2.0%, the processing and flow properties of the resin are improved. This includes good mold filling, reducing extrusion torque, better internal lubrication, mold release properties, and faster discharge speed;
When added at a ratio of 3.0-4.0%, it improves the surface properties of the products and lubrication and sliding properties and the coefficient of friction is reduced and the anti-wear properties are increased;
Storage and Expiration Date:
Store in a cool and dry place, unopened at room temperature, and the product is valid for 12 months.
Non flammable materials and can be transported as conventional chemicals.
