EVA, TPR, rubber and other shoe materials.
Usage Method：
It can be added with resin particles before mixing first, then added to the twin-screw extruder for melting, mixing, and granulation, or directly added after metering.
Advantage:
When added to thermoplastic resin systems at a rate of 3.0 to 4.0%, the processing and flow properties of the resin are improved. This includes good mold filling, reduced extrusion torque, better internal lubrication and mold release properties, and faster discharge speed;
When added at a ratio of 4.0 to 5.0%, it improves the surface properties of the products, lubrication and sliding properties become better, the coefficient of friction is reduced, and the anti-wear properties are increased;
Storage and Expiration Date:
Store in a cool and dry place, unopened at room temperature, and the product is valid for 12 months.
Non flammable materials and can be transported as conventional chemicals.
