Description：
DX052P is mainly used in shoe materials, soft rubber system.It has better compatibility and fast mixing effect in the process of use, and also has better coating effect on the filling.DX052P gives the material better mold release and slip properties, and also improves the performance of shoe materials such as splotches, black lines, DIN and wear marks.
Application：
EVA, TPR, rubber and other shoe materials.
Usage Method：
DX052P Masterbatch pellets can be added during compounding in a single screw extruder or added at the feed hopper during injection molding or extrusion.
Advantage:
When added to thermoplastic resin systems at a rate of 3.0-4.0%, the processing and flow properties of the resin are improved. This includes good mold filling, reducing extrusion torque, better internal lubrication， mold release properties, and faster discharge speed;
When added at a ratio of 4.0-5.0%, it improves the surface properties of the products and lubrication and sliding properties and the coefficient of friction is reduced and the anti-wear properties are increased;
Storage and Expiration Date:
Store in a cool and dry place, unopened at room temperature, and the product is valid for 12 months.
Non flammable materials and can be transported as conventional chemicals.
